Return Replace And Refund Policy
Please send us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with photograph of product within 24 hours of delivery.
- Products qualify for Return category;
1. The product was delivered in physically damaged condition ( exclude normal wear and tear and any minimal scratches at the outer surface because of the transit); or
2. The product you received is not what you have ordered.
Some of our products are handmade, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
- Products Qualify for Replace category
1 We only replace items that are defective or damaged. The replacement is subject to availability of product in inventory on the date of exchange request is placed and confirmed by Tailos.
Cancellation of Order by User:
Cancellation of order is possible by customer if it has not been processed by Tailos.
After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “processing” under Order status. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.
Cancellation of Order by Tailos:
Tailos reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Tailos for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
To initiate a return, raise a return request by sending a mail to email@example.com with photograph of product within 24 hrs of delivery.
Search for your order using Order ID and email address used during the purchase to initiate a return request. The request would be approved within 3-5 days.
Once the request has been approved, you can ship back the product to the company address mentioned on the site. The refunds would in initiated within 7-15 working days of receiving the returns.
For Prepaid Orders
A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 15 days of approval of the refund.
- We offer return of products ordered on Tailos within 7 days of delivery.
- Sale products are not eligible for return/refund in any case.
- Please note that not all the products are eligible for return so please make it a point to check the details before making the purchase.
- The Tailos customer care team must receive your return request and after the approval from Tailos, only you will be able to return the product.
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The image and colour may slightly vary because of the different digital medium so that does not qualify for return reason.
- All Items must be returned in the original condition without any breakage, tear or spoilage.
- Products that are sold as combos cannot be returned as individual items.
- Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, cost of shipping charges will be deducted.
- We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package.
- You should consider a trackable courier service for returning your product as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- We supply high quality of products and committed to our customers for best of services, However in no case Tailos will be liable to provide any payment more than the actual cost paid by the customer for any product.
