Return & Replacement Policy
1. The product was delivered in physically damaged condition (exclude normal wear and tear and any minimal scratches at the outer surface because of the transit).
2. The product you received is not what you have ordered.
If the product falls under any of the above mentioned categoies, please send us a mail at email@example.com. with a photograph of the product within 24 hours of delivery.
- Some of our products are handmade, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
- Items bought on sale are not eligible for returns.
- Once a product is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
- Replacement of any product will depend on the inventory available with us at the time of receiving the request of replacement. In case of unavailability of specific product we will issue a credit coupon for the same. The coupon can be used anytime in the next 1 month.

Once the returned product is received by us and approved by our quality control team, refund will be processed within 7 working days.
In case of COD (cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be made only in the form of credit coupon of the same value.
Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or there are failed delivery attempt by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package. Please make sure to mention your complete address including any landmark (if any) for proper and timely delivery of your shipment. Any re shipment will be charged extra.
