Shipping and Delivery Policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a conformation e-mail. Usually products will be delivered within 3 to 5 business day except any public holidays.

International Shipping – We deliver through best of available shipping agent for our international customers. Hence, usually the shipping time would be 3 to 7 days from the date of order.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES.

We offer free shipping across India for all orders above Rs. 999.

International Shipping – You can find the shipping cost at the check out page. It depends on the weight of the product and zip code on real time basis.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.

Yes. We do ship internationally to some locations. You can check the currency options and postal code availability on our home page.

WILL  ALL MY ORDERS BE SHIPPED TOGETHER.

This is not necessary. We ensure safety of your orders first, so your multiple order may come in different packages and dates.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER.

You can track your after getting confirmation sms or e-mail on Tailos website by using your order id and email id.

MY ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED BUT ITS STATUS ON TAILOS IS DELIVERED.

Please check if someone else has taken the order on your behalf or wait for day end as sometimes delivery agents update the status while they are still in transit. If you still do not receive the product please write a mail to us on customercare@tailosglobal.com with your order id.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER OR ADDRESS FOR MY CURRENT ORDER.

You can definitely do that if the order status of your current order is still under ‘Processing’ status. once the order is shipping you cannot update the same for that particular order.
